Returns

• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit only.
• Unboxing video and clear images may be required for verification.

Refunds

• No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
• Approved return cases will receive Store Credit instead of a refund.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available only for size-related issues.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Only one exchange per order is allowed.
• A flat ₹250 exchange fee will be charged for pickup and re-shipping.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Important Notes

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
• SARAH DENIM reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.
