When cancellation is possible
Cancellation requests are subject to whether your order has already been processed or dispatched. We will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation can be accepted.
Once an order is processing or dispatched
Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible. We cannot promise cancellation after an order has been dispatched.
If cancellation is no longer possible
If we are unable to cancel your order, it will continue to be delivered to you. When you receive it, our Returns & Exchange Policy will apply, including the option of a size exchange where you are eligible.
Payments for cancelled orders
If your cancellation is accepted, we will let you know how any payment made for the order will be handled. Timelines can depend on your payment method and payment provider.
